Commodity Trade
Participation Program

Participate in verified commodity shipments across EU-Africa corridors. Fixed-term, defined returns, secured by physical goods we own and control throughout the entire trade cycle.

We Own The Goods

Skyocean purchases the commodity directly from the supplier. We hold title from origin to destination. Your capital is backed by physical goods — not a promise, not a loan, not a paper contract.

Government Trade Agreements

Our trades are backed by signed agreements with government ministries. We ship essential commodities — food, dairy, agriculture — to markets with structural demand that doesn't fluctuate with economic cycles.

Independently Verifiable

Every trade milestone is documented and independently verifiable — purchase contracts, shipping documents, quality certificates, delivery confirmations. You track your trade in real time. No opacity.

Trade Lifecycle

How a Trade Cycle Works

Each trade follows a defined cycle from capital deployment to return. Here's a typical 75-day cycle for a commodity shipment.

Day 1–5

Purchase

Capital deployed. Advance payment to supplier. Goods procured and quality inspected.

Day 25–30

Ship

Balance paid against shipping documents. Goods depart origin port. Marine cargo insurance active.

Day 30–55

Transit

Goods in transit via sea freight. All documentation verified and trackable.

Day 55–60

Deliver

Arrival at destination. Goods delivered to buyer through our local entity.

Day 60–75

Settle

Buyer payment received. Capital plus agreed return transferred back to investor.

Risk Management

What Protects Your Capital

Every trade is structured to minimize investor exposure. Here's how.

What if the supplier doesn't deliver?

70% of supplier payment is only released against confirmed shipping documents. We work with established European suppliers with proven track records.

What if goods are damaged in transit?

Marine cargo insurance covers 110% of shipment value. This is standard industry practice for international commodity trade.

What if the buyer doesn't pay?

Trades are backed by government agreements with ministry guarantees. Goods remain Skyocean property until paid — we can resell to alternative buyers.

What about currency and transfer risk?

Skyocean manages all currency conversion and fund repatriation. Investors receive returns in EUR or USD to their original account.

Company

About Skyocean

Skyocean International is a commodity trading company with operations across EU-Africa and EU-Americas corridors. We buy essential commodities from European suppliers, ship to African markets, and sell to verified government and institutional buyers.

What makes us different: we've built verification infrastructure that makes every trade independently auditable — from purchase to delivery. This transparency is what enables us to offer participation opportunities that traditional commodity traders cannot.

We are not a financial institution. We are not a lending platform. We are a trading company that owns inventory, controls the supply chain, and shares the opportunity with capital partners who want fixed-term, commodity-backed returns.
